- Assistance in organizing the tendering procedures in relation to the applicants’ obligation to make a transparent selection of subcontractors (suppliers) under the project. At this stage we prepare the necessary documents – inquiries to potential bidders; Determine the criteria for selecting a bid; An order appointing committee members to evaluate bids; Protocol from a decision of the Evaluation Committee for the selection of a bid, etc.
- Assistance for the preparation of the interim and final reports on the implementation of the project, which are carried out according to the requirements of the funding body.
- Assistance for accounting for project costs and completing documents proving the costs incurred – invoices, contracts with suppliers, delivery and delivery protocols, payment orders, bank statements. Only after a fairly accounted project will the applicant company receive the approved grant.
